Responsible for operational and technical human resource duties to include: employment application intake, computer entry and file maintenance, assist employees with interpretation of the company’s human resource policies and procedures, assist with new employee orientation, responsible for maintenance of confidential personnel files (electronic and paper), personnel actions, verify employment status, training and benefits administration. Act as liaison between the employee and insurance providers. Administer employee health, welfare and retirement plans company-wide. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform recruitment activities, interviews, and evaluate candidates for select positions at headquarters. Write and place advertisements. Maintain records related to same.

2. Complete reference and background checks on new employees as needed. Verify I-9 documentation.

3. Conduct new employee orientations; administer pre-employment tests; conduct reference checks.

4. Assist in administration of compensation program; help to monitor performance appraisal process.

5. Perform benefit administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees.

6. Process all necessary paperwork for employee termination. Notify all appropriate internal departments (IT, payroll) and outside vendors (insurance, 401(k)), etc.)

7. Maintain Human Resource Information System records for human resources and payroll and compile reports from database as needed.

8. Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assist in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintain employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.

9. Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.

10. Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.

11. Assist and advise company managers regarding human resource issues.

1st Shift Skid Shop Builder

Hazleton, PA

Full-time

Salary: $13.50 /hour

$500 Sign-on Bonus paid within first 90-days!

Work under the direction of the Skid Shop Supervisor. Get work orders to complete for daily production and monitor inventory so skids/pallets are always available for production department use. Follow customer specifications to ensure skids/pallets are correctly built. Notify Skid Shop Supervisor when supplies need to be ordered.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Build skids as demand requires.

2. Complete daily work orders as assigned by Skid Shop Supervisor.

3. Monitor skid/pallet inventory to help ensure production is always available for production department use.

4. Monitor the quality of skid/pallet to ensure they are built to customers specifications.

5. Help build new skids as needed and help to develop written instructions for new product.

6. Help to inspect final product as needed.

7. Make Skid Shop Supervisor aware of necessary supplies that are needed.

8. Ensure that the Skid Shop area is neat and organized at all times.

Other Functions

· May be asked to help train new employees or current employees on new skids/pallets to be built.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Perform machine set up to ensure the quality and efficiency of material being processed and ensure the continual operation of the machine.

· First line of quality control; detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions. Follow the Standard Operating Procedure to report any problems with the beginning or ending product. Make any necessary adjustments to correct the situation.

· Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow the prescribed safety regulations.

· Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on machine as required.

· Support the shipment of goods and supplies produced to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for our customer base

· Responsible to make arrangements on inbound appointments for the customer’s purchase order which is conveyed to the shipping clerk by final inspection via the shipping instructions

JOB SUMMARY

Operate the industrial forklift to move materials in the warehouse and to load and unload truck trailers or shipping containers. Responsible for daily inspection of the forklift for general maintenance and repairs. Responsible for following all required safety regulations while operating the forklift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Load and unload materials off or onto pallets, platforms, skids, racking or trailers. May be done manually or with different types of lifting devices (forklift, clamp truck, hand truck, aerial lift, etc.).

2. Must be able to read and correctly interpret all documents for proper handling of incoming and outgoing material.

4. Move controls, devices and levers to drive forklifts in order to transfer material to and from the dock to production areas or proper storage location in warehouse.

7. Perform routine inspections to ensure the suitable working nature of forklift equipment.

8. Report to Logistics Manager any damage to racks, faulty equipment or any other safety hazards.

9. Work in accordance with the state and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines along with all company policies and procedures.

10. General housekeeping, maintenance and organization of the dock and inventory areas.

JOB SUMMARY

Assist the Operator as needed to ensure production timelines are met. May at times assist the Operator with the set-up of the Sheeter machine. Has knowledge of all types of product/paper that is run on the Sheeter machine. Follow all safety procedures, understand all safety equipment and adhere to the company safety policies and procedures. Also maintain the Sheeters to include general maintenance, cleaning and trouble-shooting.

1. Open rolls and properly stage product for production.

2. Responsible for wrapping finished products and staging finished product to designated area.

3. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow the prescribed safety regulations.

4. May assist the Operator with machine set up.

5. Must be familiar with the basic machine functions in order to meet production deadlines.

6. Assist Operator with preventative maintenance on machines as required.
